Description
The Aquasana Claryum Filter gives five times the capacity to a standard pitcher. The filter consists of:
- Activated Carbon to decrease organic chemicals like herbicides, pesticides, VOCs and MTBE
- Catalytic Carbon to reduce Chlorine and Chloramines
- An Ion-Exchange media to filter metals like Lead and Mercury
- Sub-Micron filtration mechanism that is able to remove Asbestos and Chlorine resistant cysts like Cryptosporidium and Giardia
The filter can last up to 3 months or 320 gallons of water (whichever comes first).
