Brod and Taylor’s Sahara dehydrator is a truly remarkable feat of engineering that combines practicality with performance to offer an experience like no other in the dehydrating space. Furthermore, it comes as a standard with 7 PTFE drying sheets for each of the 7 trays.
The word’s first full-sized folding dehydrator can fold to just one third of its size, which makes it surprisingly compact and portable, without compromising on size, quality or features.
When the unit expands, the 7 trays amount to more than one squared meter of total drying area, allowing for dehydrating large batches at once.
The Sahara’s patented dual sensors and heaters allow for variety within these batches, as the two digitally controlled sets of time and temperature controls can be adjusted independently of each other for full control over the drying process.
These heaters operate at up to 750W to provide some serious power for all drying purposes, with the time and temperature controls going up to 99 hours and up to 74 degrees Celsius respectively.
