In order to prevent a burnt exterior and raw interior, this feature allows the adjustment of the grill temperature according to the type of food you cook (or its thickness). It has a power of 2000 watts, which makes this grill ideal for fast but also perfectly cooked food. As well as the temperature adjustment, you can also set 30-minute timers with an automatic shut-off function to avoid overcooking/burning.
The contact area of the barbeque grill is approximately 750 cm2, but it unfolds to become a larger barbeque grill of approximately 1500 cm2. This feature allows you to cook twice as much food on the grill at one time, which benefits larger groups of people or families. The upper plate is ribbed for the creation of sear marks on meat or fish and the lower plate is flat which is useful for even browning.
With a barbecue grill, the option of healthy contact with zero fat is now available. To avoid unnecessary fat residue cooking into your food, watch all the grease drip into the handy grease tray. The grease catcher tray is also tiltable, giving you minimal cleanup and no greasy spillages anymore!
