The Flex Edge Beater is a silicone-edged beater designed to help facilitate the movement of ingredients around the bowl of your KitchenAid mixer.
This is ideal for more dense mixtures which are typically harder to mix (such as cakes and frostings), as it can be used during the mixing process. It is also dishwasher-safe for added convenience.
The Flex Edged Beater is compatible with the 4.3L and 4.8L stand mixers.
