The Magimix Le Glacier is a compact and convenient way to produce fresh gelatos, ice creams and frozen yoghurts at home. Simply by freezing the work bowl in advance, it can be used to make up to 1.5 pints of ice cream and the convenient feed tube allows for other ingredients and flavours to be added for a customised end result.
Despite its compact nature, the Le Glacier is designed to be flexible in terms of the results it can produce. To facilitate this it has an inbuilt feed tube, which allows for additional ingredients and flavours to be added in during the mixing process.
This ensures that users can make results to best suit their preferences, from the addition of chocolate chips to berries or even good old vanilla.
Magimix has designed the Le Glacier to be very accessible for anyone to use and enjoy with little effort or experience. By simply freezing the work bowl for at least 8 - 12 hours in advance, it can immediately be used to mix and freeze fresh ice cream.
The included paddle is also optimised to agitate the cream just the right amount. This ensures that no large ice crystals form while it is being mixed, allowing for the end product to have a consistent texture throughout.
