Four Keys

The Bambino Plus follows the Four Keys Formula for making the perfect coffee:

1. Rich, full flavour through proper dosing (between 18 and 22g)
2. Perfectly balanced taste achieved using a low-pressure pre-infusion which soaks the grinds prior to the 9-bar, high-pressure extraction
3. Irresistible body thanks to precise temperature control (PID)
4. Silky mouthfeel provided by microfoam milk which enhances the coffee’s texture

Steam Wand

An auto-clean, inbuilt steam wand is used for milk texturing and temperature adjustments, which can be done automatically or customised according to 3 temperature and 3 texture settings.

The result is irresistibly silky microfoam milk, with tiny bubbles enhancing the milk’s texture and flavour. It can also be used to create beautiful barista-style latte art, highlighting a focus on Third Wave coffee whereby appearance and flavour go hand in hand.
