The SELF-DETECT Technology also acts as a safety feature as three dashes (- - -) will display on the control panel, if a container is not on the blender base properly or is not compatible. Once a container is placed, 0:00 will show on the display, and you can then get to work on your delicious blend.
The Ascent A2500i has three program settings for Smoothies, Hot Soups, and Frozen Desserts, this allows users to walk away and let the A2500i do its job. These settings will automatically adjust to the container size you’ve selected due to its SELF-DETECT Technology, which means you’ll get the perfect blend every time regardless of the size of the container you use.
